Villa Description
Villa Susan is a fantastic villa in the perfect location for the attractions of San Antonio and the Bay. Set in 6000msq of private land with great outdoor spaces and stylish interiors this is the ideal base for families and groups alike. The villa has WIFI, Aircon* (in bedrooms) Private pool, BBQ, well equipped kitchen and a large lounge area. Villa Susan offers everything and more for a great stay here in Ibiza!

Inside the Villa
You enter into the largest room, an open plan living room/ inside dining area which boasts plenty of seating, a flat screen TV with UK TV channels – Ideal for when you wish to escape the mid-day sun and relax. Two bedrooms lead from a small hallway – both very spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. Between the two rooms there is a modern shower room, with toilet/sink. The large master suite is entered via a separate door and here you will find the en-suite (with bath, shower, toilet, sink) – again lots of storage. Finally the kitchen leads from the dining area and is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and everything else you need for a combatable stay.
Outside Area
The villa is set in 6000msq of private land with no neighbours overlooking. There is a fantastic paved terrace area leading to the pool and sun worshippers have the sun almost all day! The pool is a great size for the number of guests and offers views to San Antonio and towards the sunset coast! A fantastic outdoor dining area and BBQ area is situated poolside. There is ample parking for those wanting to rent mopeds/cars.
Villa Susan also have a table tennis table - ideal for those holiday tournaments
Surroundings
Located 1 mile / 1.6km away from the start of San Antonio and the Bay, very private and peaceful yet within easy reach to the town – it takes approx 20mins to walk or a taxi 3mins ride. In San Antonio you have numerous shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, beaches and much more
Within 5 mins drive: - San Antonio / Bay / Ocean Beach / Eden / Mambo / Es Paradise / beach and many attractions
Within 10 minutes drive:- Beaches of Cala Bassa / Conta / Tarida / Amnesia / Privilege

“Great Villa !”
From the start all the communication from Nick at Ibiza Hire was first class. The villa suited our needs perfectly, peaceful in the day and not too far from San Antonio for the nightlife. It is well equipped inside and we made good use of the bbq and outside eating area. The pool is a good size and the view from the patio area out to sea is great to watch the sunset from. The staff were really helpful, Ash in particular, who we could call as and when for lifts into town or to the supermarket. All in all a good, well appointed and comfortable villa.

“A good Villa for first time Villa users”
Villa Susan is a large Villa that is well maintained and set in large grounds off the beaten track on the outskirts of San Antonio. The Villa has spacious rooms/bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The pool is a good size, as is the sun bathing areas around the pool and Villa front (and rear to avoid the wind!!). Given its location a car is a must, which allows quick access to the both sides of the bay and other nearby towns such as Sant Josep and Ibiza Town. As a family we regularly use Villa's to holiday in various parts of Spain and the Islands and it's on that basis we scored Susan a 3.5 as opposed to a 4 as it has so much going for it, but for the price we paid for a week, would have expected touches such as parasols for the sun beds, an iron, washing machine, a TV that was advertised on website yet played exclusively Spanish channels (the kids loved that?!!?) and even little salt, pepper and oil in the kitchen all of which and more we get at Villa's for less than this in cost but higher spec. Little things I know but standard basic equipment and all add to the enjoyment, practicality and use of a Villa when spending some time there. That said I would recommend to families with kids.
