The wonderful location of the property cannot be exaggerated—the views in every direction are quite breathtaking. The phrase “million dollar view” could have been created for this property.
All of the downstairs rooms give access to the enormous, shaded terrace that runs the full length of the house. This spacious outdoor room has wonderful sea views and will become your favourite place to enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset. The extra large 11m x 6m swimming pool is a lit for your enjoyment on warm summer nights. A Roman end gives easy access for the young and old. There is a romantic pergola poolside where you can dine, or lounge in the shade.
The villa is in one of the most idyllically peaceful spots imaginable and yet only minutes from all the life of the coastal area. Perfect for families, for couples or groups of adults. Enjoy the restaurants and beaches and then return to the blissful comfort of your private retreat.
Best of all, Villa Rockheart is in a totally private individual location. Not overlooked by any other property you can enjoy your holiday in total peace and privacy.

Downstairs, the villa comprises a spacious marble hallway leading to a large lounge furnished with deeply comfortable couches and chairs, a Bang and Olufsen television, dvd player, stereo and video player. There is plenty of room for everyone to relax in comfort. As you would expect, the furnishings are of good quality and decorations are stylishly tasteful. You can choose to dine in the formal dining room, the dining kitchen, the covered terrace or around the pool.
Upstairs there are four luxurious double bedrooms, all air conditioned/heated. Three of them have king sized beds and one has twin beds. All the beds have extremely high quality mattresses and are furnished with superbly luxurious bed linens— you can be sure of a comfortable night's sleep.
Two bedrooms have private balconies and all have fantastic sea and mountain views.

The swimming pool is 11m x 6m and surrounded by large terraces. Much bigger than most villa pools. The views from the pool and gardens are breathtaking. If you like walking, trails begin from the back garden and go through the Besparmak mountains.
There are delightful gardens surrounding the property planted with bougainvillea, jasmine, almond, fig, grapefruit, loquat, jacaranda, orange and lemon trees. There is even a wonderful grapevine which is scrambling over the terrace roof. Beyond the garden borders the hillsides are green with olive trees, firs, wild thyme and almond trees, all adding to the fantastic views. Our gardens literally blend into the wild mountainsides. Villa Rockheart and its gardens are extremely private and you will not be overlooked by anybody whilst enjoying the pool and terraces.
We have a traditional wood burning oven which is wonderful for making bread, pizza and roasting meats. There is also a brick built bbq. and an outdoor shower.
There is covered parking for two cars. There is also outdoor parking at the villa level for easy access.
Golf is 30 minutes away. Scuba diving 10 minutes. Horseriding 30 minutes.
