Description
This is a ground floor apartment finished and furnished to a high standard. There is a large open plan kitchen/ diner and lounge, which leads on to the front balcony where you can enjoy alfresco dining and relaxing drinks. The front balcony is furnished with a table, parasol and chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped whether you want to prepare full meals or snacks, and you have the choice of eating inside or outside.
The large swimming pool has an area for toddlers and there is also a separate adult small ‘quiet’ plunge pool. With food and drink available all day from the pool bar/cafe, you can relax here without leaving the complex. However, if you want to go the beach there are free courtesy bus services that can take you to private beaches. On the beach you will find an array of water sports available.
There is a children's playpark only 5 minutes walk from the Four Seasons.
For golfers, the well-known resort of Belek is approximately 25 minutes drive.
The Four Seasons is in a quiet location, but still close enough to the resorts of Kumköy and Side where there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars, all of which are open to very late.
There are many places to visit such as the Roman ruins in ancient Side, the Manavgat Falls, the Roman theatre at Aspendos, and you can't visit Turkey without experiencing a Turkish bath and massage.

We have furnished our apartment to a high standard. Two separate bedrooms with some under-bed storage, large kitchen/dining room/lounge. There are 2 balconies, one off the master bedroom and one off the lounge. We think there is everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
Linen and towels are provided and some beach towels.
With hot and cold air conditioning, and a shared heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, this apartment is suitable for use all year round.
If you want to stay in and watch a movie there is Satellite TV and DVD player with a large selection of DVDs. For the children there is a Playstation 2 with lots of games.
We have supplied an iPod docking station for use with your own iPod.
Wi-fi internet access is available in the apartment, and at the pool bar, for use with your own appliances.
Tennis rackets can be borrowed, but we have also supplied two in the apartment.
Further details outdoors
Both outdoor pools have sun-loungers and parasols provided free of charge. The outdoor pools are open from April to October, while the indoor pool, sauna and Jacuzzi are available from November to March.
There is a pool bar with seating area where food and drinks are served till around midnight.
You can play table tennis indoors, tennis on the all-weather court or work out in the gym, which has a panoramic view of the Taurus mountains.
The complex is surrounded by a wall/fence with a security gate and is manned by 24-hour security along with CCTV cameras.

“Family hols at the 4 seasons”
My 1st family holiday it was lovely everyone is helpful kind apartment I used was amazing beds where so comfy wifi everything it says on the box it was lovely I will be booking again xx cannot wait 5 stars thank you so much ❤️

“Great apartment - perfect holiday”
First time visit to Turkey and we will definitely be back. Apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and very well equipped and communication with jacqui before arriving and when we were there was first class. Pool area was really well maintained and the pool bar had a great selection of drinks and a fantastic menu. Staff were really friendly and helpful Apartment is within a local village which has several reasonably priced supermarkets and a couple of nice cafes. Kumkoy is walkable in about 25 mins but there is also a local bus service and taxis. Side is a bit further but again accessible by bus and taxis. Side is famous for its ancient ruins ( see pics) which are well worth a walk round . Restaurants offered a wide choice ( good for kids too) and food was lovely. Didn’t have a bad meal once . We ate out every night but you could have easily cooked in the apartment and ate out on the balcony. Beaches are sandy and Water clear ( and warm) and there is a great selection of watersports on offer We really couldn’t fault the apartment or any aspect of the holiday - can’t wait to go back next year.

“Excellent Holiday”
Stayed here for 2 weeks in September. Apartment lovely and in a great location. Complex had a lovely pool and is kept beautifully. Pool bar for great food and cocktails. Everyone very friendly. Local restaurants and market for fresh fruit and vegetables. Complex also runs a bus to take you into Side and Kumkoy and a pick up service too.

“Excellent stay”
Had a fab time in this apartment, fully equipped with everything that you will need for your stay, very clean on arrival. Four seasons is a very clean and secure complex, excellent swimming pool with many sunbeds, the bar/restaurant run by Kaya is very good, Sunday evening is BBQ night a very good night, reasonably priced and very friendly people. The free bus to Kumkoy and Side is great, very punctual and the driver very informative. We booked many trips with Windmill transfers, the white water rafting is a must, £10 for the day including lunch, a bargain. The booking process with very easy, Jacqui was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend the rental of this apartment.

“Fantastic”
Fabulous holiday, the apartment was clean spacious and everything you could want. The owners were great and responded very quickly when booking accommodation. The complex was spotless and the pool area lovely. Used the courtesy bus to take us into the local places like Side, kumkoy and manavgat. Can't praise this place highly enough will be back this year for the fourth year.
