Wonderful villa with private pool on the outskirts of Inca, in the inland of the island, offering a special accommodation to 6 guests.

The exteriors are quite beautiful. Go outside and enjoy a delicious barbecue after taking a coffee at the garden, sunbathe on the sun loungers and swim all the morning in the private pool. It is a chlorine pool, sizes 9 x 4 m and has a depth of 1 to 2 m. In its surroundings, there you have a dining table with chairs and an umbrella to take a glass of wine and read something interesting. The porch is also perfectly furnished for your summer lunches or dinners and relaxing on the outdoors sofas contemplating the Sierra de Tramuntana. And if you like doing sports or having fun, there are a ping-pong table, a basketball rack and garden games for the little ones. The plot is fenced and there are neighbours.

It is a two-storey house. On the main floor, the living-dining room invites to sit down and relax watching satellite TV or eating all together. From here, you can even access to the terraces and to the pool. The kitchen has everything necessary so that you can cook as if you did it at home, with gas hob, oven and much more. The laundry is independent and you gain access to it from the terrace and it has washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 3 dormitories for your rest, two on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. Downstairs, one of the bedrooms offers two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, while the other one features a double bed. The one situated on the upper floor has two twin beds as well. Then, there are two more bathrooms, one downstairs with bathtub and another upstairs with shower. The accommodation has central heating and 4 fans.

The house is located less than 2 km from Inca, a charmy and quiet village set in the center of the island that has everything you may need during your stay: supermarkets, restaurants, bars and its traditional Thursday market. At night, it is also ideal to go out having dinner or simply having a drink as, for instance, in Plaza del Ángel. At only 20-25 minutes driving you arrive at Bahía de Alcúdia, which has too many km of coast and where predominate sandy beaches alternating both quiet and lively beaches, such as Puerto de Alcúdia.
