Description

Your Coachella Valley desert home awaits with mountain views and a sparkling pool and spa. Relax in this 4bed/3bath single level home with an open floor plan and high ceilings. The master suite features a king bed, dual-tiled sinks, walk-in shower, toilet closet, mirrored walk-in closet and a 40" flatscreen TV. The suite opens to the backyard where a covered patio, island BBQ and pool/spa sit amid lush desert landscape. A large king bedroom on the other end of the home has a 32" flatscreen TV and adjacent bath. The 3rd bedroom features a king bed or two twin beds with adjacent bath and 32" flatscreen TV. A fourth bedroom features a queen bed and mirrored closet. There's a separate formal dining area, custom-tiled center island and eat-in kitchen with stainless side-by-side fridge featuring in-door water/ice & bottom freezer. A large, tastefully appointed great room in southwestern motif welcomes all with ample seating and a 50" flatscreen TV as the centerpiece of the entertainment center. You'll find fast wireless internet and the ability to stream TV channels via Roku throughout. A large garage will accommodate up to one SUV-sized vehicle. There's also parking on the garage driveway and on an additional adjacent driveway. The freeway-close property is located in a gated community in the Shadow Hills area of Indio, just a few blocks from two large shopping centers, casinos and several golf courses. Your place in the sun is available for rent for a minimum of 30 days and includes normal use of utilities. We will collect a minimum security deposit of $2,000 at time of reservation, but prefer guests obtain a policy that covers a minimum of $5,000 for damages. Unlike many rentals, it's our home, so there's much more than the bare minimum. Wanna stay longer? We also offer discounted long term rentals, furnished or unfurnished. So stay here, stretch out, and enjoy yourself. Perfect for two or for a whole family!

Very vice home with pool and spa. Well furnished. In a gated community hence very private and quiet except for some neighbour barking dogs. Close to everything, shopping, restaurants, many golf course… More
