Appartamento centralissimo, arredato e ristrutturato, 50 m. dal mare e dallapineta Mirtina, presso il borgo di Ischia Ponte, con fermata bus, ampio parcheggio pubblico, edicola, bar,,market e banca dietro casa. Parco giochi per bambini dietro casa. Il Castello Aragonese, piazzetta e strade dello shopping a 5 min. da casa.Terme e SPAa 10 minuti da casa.Tutti i conforts, climatizzato, lavabiancheria, frigo con congelatore, forno, S toviglie, 2 balconi abitabili, primo piano.Spiagge attrezzate e di sabbia sotto casa.Servizio noleggio barche a 50 mt.Ampio living con divano letto 1,40 x 200, poltrona letto, cucina all'americana, una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con cabina doccia.due balconi abitabili. Disponibile lettino culla per neonati.Disponibilità: tutto l'anno.Soggiorno minimo una settimana. Agosto soggiorno minimo tre settimane. No animali.

It is the perfect location. A few minutes walk to the beach, both the free and paying beaches plus the same to the bar to access Wifi. There is something special about swimming in the sea with a castle as the backdrop The lack of wifi is worth it for the location. The shops and restaurants are a 5-10 minute walk away as is the castle. The bus stop ,just at the end of the street, takes you to the port where you can catch buses to other parts of the island. The apartment has 2 balconies, one with a table and 2 chairs and another which was handy for drying clothes. There are plenty of cooking utensils plus a washing machine. The apartment is bright.
