In pieno centro di Ischia porto, a 500 metri dal porto turistico per l'imbarco da e per Napoli, Procida, Capri, Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano, Ponza, Ventotene ecc. ed a pochi passi da tutti i mezzi di trasporto (Bus e taxi).
Casa Ina è un grazioso appartamento posto a 250 metri dalle spiagge di San Pietro e dalla rinomata via Roma, la via dello shopping e movida ischitana, ricca di numerosi negozi di ogni genere, punti di ristoro e bar.
Situato al primo piano di un palazzo in un tranquillo parco privato con affaccio panoramico vista mare e monte Rotaro. Gode, inoltre, di posto auto gratuito nel parco.
La superficie totale è di 70 mq. disposti su un solo livello : ingresso, soggiorno con tavolo da pranzo e divano letto per due persone con terrazza panoramica abitabile con vista mare e monti, una confortevole camera con letto a due posti matrimoniale (divisibile all'occorrenza), ampio armadio e finestra con affaccio nel parco, una seconda piccola camera da letto con letto singolo, armadio e finestra, cucina con finestra vista mare, bagno (con doccia, bidè, lavabo, wc e lavatrice).
Nel prezzo è compreso il climatizzatore, il cambio settimanale di lenzuola, asciugamani (telo doccia, telo viso, telo ospite) e tutto l'occorrente per poter cucinare.
Siamo ben felici di ospitarvi nel nostro rimodernato appartamento, arredato in stile accogliente e funzionale, dotato di tutti i comfort per farvi trascorrere un comodo e piacevole soggiorno alla scoperta della bellissima isola d'Ischia.
