Description
Casa Aqua has a light and airy open living, dining and kitchen space, with comfortable and attractive furnishings. There are four bedrooms, two with king beds and two with two double beds, and three bathrooms, two with showers and the master bathroom with a combo tub and shower. The outside area is walled for privacy, with lawn and sand areas, patio with lounge chairs and a table and chairs, and umbrellas. There is also a jacuzzi in the patio area. A pool has just been added to complete this property. There is direct access to beach area and ocean, with outdoor shower just inside the access gate. This Villa is located at the north end on the beach adjacent to Villa Kiin and Avalon Reef Club. There is inside parking for car or golf cart. Rental includes maid service every other day. There is cable TV in living room and all bedrooms. Internet service is included and there is A/C throughout. This is a great rental for a family or group. Rates shown are for up to 8 persons.
