Description

Pebble Reef is a traditional Quarryman's Cottage, full of character but lovingly renovated to include all the modern comforts you need.

The cottage sleeps up to six people in 3 comfortable bedrooms. Upstairs there's one double with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, and on the ground floor there's a spacious double bedroom.

The living area is open plan and consists of a cosy lounge leading onto a light and airy kitchen-diner. From the dining area the French doors open out to the bright and private garden where you'll find a Hot Tub, seating area and a quaint summerhouse, the perfect spot for bbq's and relaxing in the sun throughout the day

As well as the en-suite shower room the cottage also has a bathroom downstairs with shower cubicle too.

Modern facilities throughout include television with digital channels, DVD player, , mini HI-FI, hairdryer and shaving points.

Quiet Village Location situated close to Jurassic coast path and about 2 miles from Portland Bill lighthouse.

Fully fitted for a comfortable self catering holiday. Approx 8 miles from Weymouth. There is a village pub only 5 minutes walk away.

“Pebble Reef Review”

Pebble Reef Cottage is ideally located on Portland, access to all parts of the island is only a short drive away. The cottage is well suited for a family of 4+ with good size bedrooms and bathrooms. The cottage has all you need for a short or long stay. The kitchen is a good size with ample dining space for the family. Internet and media facilities are good. The owner was very responsive to questions or resolving minor issues. This was our second stay at the cottage and would highly recommend it.

“Portland stay”

Fab stay with family in this delightful cottage. We loved exploring the area from this base, there was loads of space for all 6 of us. The amenities were fab and had everything we could want..loved having breakfast in the sunshine on the decking!

“Lovely place to stay enjoyed by us all”

It was a brilliant place with plenty of room. Unfortunately the en-suite bathroom shower leaked water into the ceiling below. We reported it to the owner but their attempted fix was not successful. The washer/dryer washed well but the dryer did not appear to work. It wold have been helpful to have instructions!! Despite these minor issues we would definitely stay again and would also recommend it to friends. Thank you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
