Inside the bright and spacious apartment features a relaxed open plan space ideal for quality moments together, with all the must-have features to hand including a TV, music stereo and WIFI access.

Family and friends can easily relax and feel at home within the spacious sitting room and practical kitchen diner. Equipped with all the necessary appliances, guests can easily cook away to their heart’s content; with an oven, hob, coffee machine, microwave and fridge provided, alongside a BBQ area to the private sunny garden.

Leading on from the casual second sitting room, open tread stairs lead upstairs, to a spacious mezzanine level. Here a double bed and en-suite shower provide all the comfort of a hotel, whilst back downstairs, a pair of single beds each with their own pull-out secondary single bed provide a welcome touch of versatility for families staying.

A second bathroom fitted with a power shower can also be found to the ground floor and laundry facilities offer added convenience whilst away.

Outside, the direct garden access makes this apartment ideal for summertime enjoyment! A sunny BBQ dining area provides the perfect excuse for alfresco dining, whilst the large lawn is perfect for children to run around and play. The sun loungers also provide a lovely spot for sunbathing with a good book.

Nestled in amongst lakefront parkland "lido dei cigni" perfect for birdwatching, the holiday apartment offers a truly idyllic sense of escapism. Guests can easily unwind in the grounds with a leisurely stroll, a game of tennis to the clay courts or with a refreshing swim to the heated outdoor pool (25x15). Please note, the swimming pool is for up to 4 guests only staying in the apartment.

Located in Ispra, guests will find an array of authentic restaurants on the doorstep as well as a lovely lakefront promenade, which is safe for families and ideal for scenic strolls. The historical village setting is truly picturesque, with noble villa gardens and ancient ruins surrounding the lakefront resort.

Closeby, the famous Monastery of Santa Caterina del Sasso is just a 13 minute drive away, whilst the popular resort of Laveno is 16 minutes drive away. From the lovely golden triangle town of Laveno, a ferry service runs to Stresa and Verbania, for a lovely opportunity to enjoy a day of sightseeing.

A holiday on Lake Maggiore offers a truly breathtaking experience; with water sports, boat trips, power boat rental and hiking to enjoy alongside swimming, golf, fine dining, botanical garden attractions, shopping, wine tasting, water parks and more!

Milan Malpensa is just 32 minutes drive away from Ispra, whilst the easy driving distance to Milan, Lugano and Como all make this a fabulous setting for enjoying both relaxed and more explorative stays in the Italian Swiss lake region.

Please note, the swimming pool is for a maximum number of 4 guests. Wearing a cap is obligated.
