Welcome to ‘Casa Ladera’ our beautifully appointed traditional 4 double bedroom Spanish Villa that sleeps 6 in the heart of Andalucía.
Situated in its own 80 tree olive grove, the villa affords breath taking views of Lake Iznajar and its historic white washed hillside village, just 3 minutes away by car.
With its private pool, jacuzzi, Fitness & Meditation Room in addition to Sun Decks, Outdoor Bar & Kitchen plus Entertaining areas, ‘Casa Ladera’ is the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday.
Ideally located just 1 hour from the airports of both Malaga & Granada, the Villa is perfectly positioned for exploring the history, culture and natural beauty that Andalucía has in abundance. The world famous Alhambra Palace & Gardens of Granada, the Mezquita of Cordoba and the Cathedrals & Alcazar of Seville are just a short drive away. Within easy travelling distance you will also find the mountain treks of the Sierra Nevada, El Torcal and many of Andalucía’s spectacular National Parks.
Close to the villa on the shores of Lake Iznajar is a sandy beach from where you can Swim, Kayak, Windsurf, take a guided Boat Tour of the lake or just relax for the day.
The accommodation of ‘Casa Ladera’ comprises of 4 double air conditioned bedrooms, 2 family bathrooms & an en-suite bathroom to the Master Bedroom. With spectacular views over Lake Iznajar and its own private balcony,
A newly fitted and fully equipped indoor kitchen leads through to a cosy lounge/dining room where, you can take a break from the sun and relax. The smart TV connects to the free Wi-Fi which is available throughout the villa.
Our well-equipped fitness and mediation room offer an opportunity to exercise using Free Weights, a Treadmill and Cross Trainer or just relax. Exercise mats and towels are provided for your comfort & convenience.
‘Casa Ladera’ has several outdoor terraces with sun and shaded areas for your comfort and enjoyment. The Pool Deck with toilet & shower facilities has several sun loungers as does the Lower Deck, a ‘tranquil space’ where you can sit back, relax and appreciate the superb views & spectacular landscape. Making use of our Outdoor Kitchen, BBQ & Bar facilities you can dine ‘Al Fresco’ in the sunshine by day & under the stars at night.
All bed linen, bathroom & pool towels are provided for your comfort & convenience during your stay with us.. The Villa staffed full time and you are welcome to bring your pets as we have our own dogs is a separate area from where you will stay.

“Amazing views,cosy place”
Casa ladera has amazing beautiful mountain views, with lovely sunrise and sunsets. The place is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware both inside and outside kitchen can be used for all 3 meals of the day. The rooms were great. The best room is the ensuite with great lake views. Jim the landlord is very friendly and accommodating. He will help you in any way possible to make your stay as wonderful as he can. I used the villa to propose to my girlfriend, she said yes :) Jim helped me with everything i needed, he went out of his way to collect and arrange things for me. The local town is not very far away with small shops and bars. There is a supermaket about 25 mins drive in the town of rute where you can get all your food and groceries. Closest airport is the Malaga airport about 1 hour away. Overall it is amazing place to go to. I am sure you will have a great time and wont like to leave
