Description
This property is in the lovely Dona Pepa area of quesada. fully air conditioned in all bedrooms!! Close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets secluded and secure garden with large patio and terrace. Sun beds, patio table and chairs.
New TV with UK channels, lounge diner. Separate kitchen, microwave, oven , toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine. With downstairs toilet and shower, double bed.
Air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms.
Please note there is a meter for aircon which is set only to cover some of the cost of use!not to make a profit.
Upstairs large corner bath &shower, toilet double bed leading to balcony. Third bedroom has two single beds, play station.
Property is like new.
* please note there is a 55.00 euro cleaning fee to be paid locally at end of rental *

“Great accommodation, amenities and location”
This 3-bed was in walking distance of shops, cafés and eateries. There was use of a lovely shared pool which was warm and other users were really friendly. The accommodation itself had air-conditioning in all three bedrooms with a very small additional charge. It was a home away from home with washing facilities, the ability to eat either outside or inside and a bathroom as well as the shower room. We were 2 families of three with the children sharing so it was ideal. The communication with the owner was really good too. I look forward to renting this again in the future.

“First class”
My wife and stayed here at Dona pepa at Andy s rental home 2nd time at this house 3rd time at this small complex . If you are looking for a quite relaxing break I can recommend this property it has all you need for such a break the accommodation is first class and has everything you would find at your own home all kepted to a high standard the house is 50meters from the pool so gives you more or less complete privacy for cooling down in the Spanish sun there is a outside shower on the large patio this area is a great spot to explore this area of the costas . supermarkets close at hand within walking distance easy drive from the airport on the n332 I find this the best way approx 30 mins slightly more in the higher season .

“Beautiful house in a perfect location.”
We stayed for two weeks during August. We loved the house, it was well equipped, clean and homely. The pool area was great for the kids and we met some lovely people. The location is perfect. We didn’t hire a car and we found it fine to walk to near by restaurants, bars etc. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning in the future.

“Miss”
First time visiting the area and found it really nice. House was lovely very spacious with everything you could want and more. Booking process very easy and the owner Andy was very helpfull throughout. Would go back. .

“Lovely House and Great base for a Costa Blanca Holiday”
We knew the Quesada area very well but needed a new place to stay. This is it! Lovely maintained 3 bed, 2 bath semi detached house with a balcony to the double bedroom upstairs and a very big paved garden in which to laze away those sunny days. All 3 bedrooms are air conditioned with a small charge through a pre pay meter. This is non profit making and essential to ensure air con used sensibly. We put in 7 euros for a week and there was still 1 euro 10 cents left on the meter! The house would also be perfect for a young family with Nan & Grandad tagging along. Upstairs Mum and Dad could be in the double bedroom with the children next door in the twin bed room and there own bathroom. Downstairs Nan & Grandad could have there own double bedroom and bathroom. Take a foldable stairgate tho if the kids are young. The 180 deg turn marble stairs would be unforgiving in a fall. The pool area, although not massive, is well maintained and the pool an absolute delight. Finally a word about the area. You will need a car to get around. Guardamar beach is a 15 minute drive away and our favourite, La marina, a good 25 minutes away along the N332. This whole coast line is safe and beautiful but it is not what you may consider 'touristy' but as a base, this house is perfect

“Enjoyable Easter break”

“Wonderful clean villa well located did not like quesada at all.”
Well the villa was perfect but Quesada itself had nothing at all other than winter sun to offer us . It was everything we don't like appalling cheap restaurants with terrible food in all of them and tacky junk shops. However please bare in mind we do appear to be the minority on this as there are hundreds of Brits all seemingly loving it. Our saving grace was the nice little villa.
