"The apartment is excellent, the views are fantastic, the layout is superb and the furnishings are top quality. For us personally, the location couldn't be better set between the Arenal and the long beach. After 8 years of visiting Javea we would say this has been our best stay yet"
This spacious 1 bedroom duplex apartment in a quiet residential block is deal for a relaxing break

This second floor apartment consists of a ground floor open plan lounge and kitchen area with:
a 3 seater brown leather sofa with chaise long and 2 electrically adjustable seats and fireside chairman
a pull down double bed
small kitchen area with electric oven, hob and microwave, fridge with ice box compartment and washer
covered balcony with dining table and six chairs
42 inch plasma TV and UK satellite TV and WIFI

Upstairs there is an open plan bedroom/bathroom with;

Whilst the apartment can sleep 4 people it is totally open plan so there is very little privacy
There is an additional charge of £10 per night for a 3rd and 4th person

PLEASE BE AWARE WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY BOOKINGS UNLESS WE HAVE FULL DETAILS OF ALL GUESTS I.E. NAMES AGES AND GENDER ALONG WITH PROOF OF ID AND HOME ADDRESS
Only these people will be allowed to use the apartment as this is closely monitored by the community
Failure to observe this condition will result in early termination of the booking and loss of the deposit
Currently we have decided not to commit to the Valencian Tourism Accommodation Regulation whist we await clarification from our legal team

“Excellent apartment”
Stayed in Javea last year near the Port and loved the area, so decided this year to return but to stay nearer the beach. What a gem of a place we found - location, amenities, everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is a short stroll to the Arenal Beach with lovely views from the balconies. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment

“Lovely apartment, conveniently located.”
Beautifully furnished apartment close to the Arenal. Nice pool with sun beds. Directly opposite the rocky beach. Two spacious balconies, each with partial views of the Arenal.

“Fantastic apartment”
If you want a fantastic apartment with superb views then stay here. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and has spacious balconies on both floors. The Arenal is less than a five minute walk and a beach bar is across the road, making this an excellent location. Having visited Javea for the past 9 years the finish of this apartment is by far the best I've seen. Will definitely return
