XabiaMar is a luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment just 500 meters from the Arenal (Javea's Blue Flag sandy beach)

This Apartment benefits from Air Con and Free Wi-Fi and a large private terrace with space for dining "Al Fresco" or just relaxing just a few meters from the pool and with the stunning views to Montgo Mountain.

XabiaMar is ideally situated in the Arenal area of Javea where everything you need from a holiday is within easy walking distance.

The accommodation is all on one level, comprising of a spacious lounge dining room, with UK TV and patio doors leading to the terrace and pool. The kitchen is modern, fitted with oven, hob and microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. Just off the kitchen is a utility area with washing machine.

The master bedroom has Air Con, a double bed, fitted wardrobes, TV with UK freeview and patio doors to the terrace. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

Second bedroom has air con , a double bed, TV with UK freeview and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom also has air con and TV with UK freeview, Twin beds and fitted wardrobes.

A shower room serves these two bedrooms.

Linen and Towels inc, each guest will be provided with 1 hand and 1 bath towel. Beach towels are not provided.

There is underground parking at this property to keep your car out of the sun, so it is cool ready for next use, although you may not use it much as so much is in walking distance.
