Situated in the ever popular Arenal area of Javea our luxury top floor residence provides spectacular panoramic 180° views from the Bélticas Mountain Ranges across Montgó Natural Park and down towards the Punta del Arenal , onwards over the roof tops of the Arenal Town and down on to the Ferrer Tennis Academy finishing finally at the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. Once you have enjoyed the view you can sit back and relax on our large and comfortable sofa and enjoy Television in English and Spanish.

The centrally located Urbatenis urbanization stands within a safe and secure gated community complete with concierge services and secure covered parking bays. The grounds are clean and beautifully maintained. Although we are less than 3 mins walk to the Arenal beach, and 30 seconds away from shops, cafes and restaurants the complex remains peaceful and quiet at all times.

A community pool can be found 1 minute walk away at Lancora Tennis Club. This pool is open to clients using the Lancora Bar and Restaurant.

Getting around

You are in the center of town so a car is not necessary. Local taxis operate 24/7. Trains run from Teulada and Gata, a local bus service will take you between the Arenal and the old town. A tourist train operates from the Arena. Quadbikes, car and scooter hire. Rent of leisure, mountain, road and electric bicycles. catamaran and boat trips available from the port. Scenic walks are a must and can be organised privately or with a tour group. Segway tours are also available. The Ibiza and Formentera Ferries can be easily boarded from Denia.
