Description

Three bedroom semi detached house, totally renovated with a South/East facing private and quiet garden.

Situated in a lovely complex and in an excellent location within a short walk to the Sandy Arenal beach.

Access into the property is via a gate leading into the small private garden. A covered terrace with Tosca stone arches leads to the front door with access into the entrance hallway with stairs that lead to the upper level. The lower level comprises of a fitted kitchen with newly fitted cupboards, electric oven, gas hob with extractor, fridge-freezer, washer, pantry cupboard and glass door to a semi-covered utility patio with air clothes dryer and water boiler. New plumbing and electrics.

A good sized lounge with beamed ceilings and electric fire. A Tosca stone arch leads through to the dining room.

All the windows are new and double glazed. The property has marble electric radiators, electric storage heaters and Air conditioning.

There are three large bedrooms all with built in wardrobes. One double downstairs with en-suite, one double upstairs and one twin upstairs. Main bathroom upstairs

The Cala Blanca complex offers a fantastic communal swimming pool (one of the largest in Javea!) and lovely Mediterranean gardens.
