Description

Classic villa with private pool in Javea, on the Costa Blanca, Spain for 10 persons. The villa is situated in a residential area, El Tosalet, 3km from the Arenal beach. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, spread over 2 levels. The accommodation offers privacy, a garden with gravel and trees, a beautiful pool, a big terrace of 150m2 with BBQ and fantastic views of Javea bay.

On the upper level: a living-dining room with television (TV Vlaanderen, English and Spanish TV), 2 bath rooms, 3 bedrooms [two with a double bed and one with two single beds], a well equiped kitchen. [dish washer, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, mixer…]. The upper level has one central air conditioning unit. The bedrooms have a fan, attached to the ceiling for further cooling.

On the lower level: a living-bedroom room, containing a double bed. A second bedroom, also containing a double bed. Both bedrooms have a fan. There is also a bathroom with douche and a washing machine.

The villa has central heating for serving both levels.

The villa has a WIFI internet connection.

Rental is only from Saturday until Saturday. We may deviate from this policy on exceptional basis in the low season [October – March].

“Awesome place to stay”

Casa Anna is just an amazing place to stay. There is more than enough rooms, all modern and comfortable. My little boy really enjoyed the space to run around. The pool is fantastic and the BBQ area is just "of the chain", clean and convenient. The grounds are well manicured. Shops are very close by. Nice restaurants by the sea front. I recommend Geography. If you have any questions about the facilities in the house, help is always a text message away (even whatsApp). The view from the house.. amazing. I think the pictures on the website don't do it justice. Thank you Anna, Gloria and Mr Davis. Will be returning there next year.
