Description
Vista Alegre is a villa located 1st line in front of the Mediterranean sea on the village of Javea. With a surface of about 450 sqm it has a standard capacity for 10 guests distributed on 3 rooms with double beds and 2 more with two single beds (optionally these can be chosen as made as double bed).If there are 12 guests an additional double room would be available. There are a total of 4 bathrooms (one ensuite), kitchen (with osmosis water machine), dining room and a sitting room with sea views next to a wide terrace. On the ground floor, it has a spacious hall where it can be chosen different areas for relaxing (table games, pool table, bar, wide TV, ping-pong). All the rooms have air conditioning (heat/cool). The villa has Satellite TV and Wi-Fi within the building and a small laptop.
On the outside, there is a barbecue and a fantastic private swimming pool with a spa corner, both surrounded by a garden and a terrace with hammocks with lovely sea views. Up to 4 cars can be parked inside in a row.
For bookings on winter there are two powerful pellet stoves on ground and first floors to warm quickly common areas. First and second floor have also water heating radiators on common areas and bedrooms.
We have a regular cleaning service. For bookings of more than 5 days we do an intermediate cleaning in the common areas, without changing the sheets and towels, for bookings of more than 10 days we do change the sheets and towels.
IT IS TERMINATELY FORBIDDEN TO MAKE PARTIES OR EVENTS, being sufficient reason for the immediate termination of the rental contract that might be signed at check in.
Please take into account that on the arrival date you would be allowed to check-in at 4 pm and on the departure date you should leave the villa before 11 am (although the cleaning team will access the plot at 10.00). Also, bookings from Saturday to Saturday are preferent on high season.

“Absolutely fantastic stay!”
Our stay in Vista Alegre was unforgettable. Beautiful villa, even better than the photos. We had 4 children with us ranging from 9 to 12 years old and they had so much fun in the pool and also with the games room where there is a pool table and table tennis. For us adults, there is a bar area to make drinks and lots of beautiful areas to sit and look out over the pool and sea. I could not recommend this amazing villa more and we will definitely be returning! Thank you Alfonso and family for making us feel so welcome!

“A great holiday”
It's difficult to find the best words to discribe our stay at Vista Alegre. I will settle for excellent. We needed for nothing and all we had to do is buy our own food. We will certainly be returning. My grandchildren cried when we had to come home as they had so much fun. Go there and enjoy.

“A truly luxurious villa in a most perfect setting”
This is a truly luxurious villa in one of the best locations on the sea front between the Arenal and the Port. This was third visit to the villa, and once again it did not disappoint us in any respect. The owners have worked very hard in upgrading the villa over the past couple of years, and the accommodation provided is absolutely first class. The owners are also very attentive, both in the period leading up to our stay and whilst we were there. I would highly recommend this villa.
