Description

This beautiful villa, constructed and furnished to the highest standard is available for private hire for up to 6 people.

It is situated next to Javea Golf club and a few minutes drive from the popular blue flagged beach of the Arenal in Javea and Moraira.

There is a large open park area opposite the front of the house providing wonderful mountain views

The villa comprises of 3 double bedrooms 3 bathrooms all with showers or bath.

Bedroom 1 - Poolside view with large patio doors out onto terrace and pool area, has a king size bed and an en suite shower room.

Bedroom 2 - Woodland view has a super king size bed or 2 single beds and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.

Bedroom 3 - Poolside view with large patio doors onto terrace and pool area, with King sized bed and a private bathroom.

There are marble floors throughout with electric shutters on the large windows. Air-conditioning in every bedroom moderate usage is included in the villa rental charge. There is a pre pay meter just for the air conditioning which is pre loaded with 50 Euros a week at the start of the rental period. Once this has been used then the units cease to work. Any additional usage will be discussed and taken from the security deposit.

A beautiful furnished lounge with free WiFi ,Spanish TV, Chromecast and DVD.

Dining room and a fully fitted kitchen complete with modern cooker and oven, microwave and large American fridge

The villa is set in a large plot which is fully enclosed and private.

There is a chillout Cabaña and many different seating areas around the villa which provide plenty of shade and where breakfast may be taken , whilst the large open non slip flagged terraces around the pool provide plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine.

There is ample seating and sun lounges.

The large 10 x 5 pool has roman steps and is sloped and has steps at the deep end.

There is a large outdoor kitchen/barbaque and bar area built at the side of the pool with fridge/freezer, shower and toilet / changing room. This also provides shade for eating as do the large terraces around the villa.

There are restaurants within walking distance and a large Mas y Mas supermarket five minutes drive away.

The beautiful landscape gardens with palm trees, Cabaña and artificial lawned area provide a wonderful setting for you to enjoy your holiday.

The owners live in a self contained studio attached to the villa but don't share any of the advertised private areas like the pool or terrace when rented, and they have their own separate garden and gated entrance.

Spent a wonderful 10 days in casa paz, house was absolutely wonderful and could not fought it, was just as described and totally exceeded my expectations The owners were equally as wonderful, always polite and ready for a chat whenever we saw them, also gave us great advice on restaurants to visit and things to see and do. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone and will definitely be visiting again. Thanks Jayne and Frankie for making our family holiday just perfect with your amazing house.
