Villa Kenchico is a 6 bedroom villa set in mature gardens of 2500sqm, with a private pool and bar.....also panoramic views to the Montgo mountain and to the sea.

Aircon installed throughout.

This is a villa for groups of friends or families to relax and enjoy, close to the beach resorts with great restaurants.

Dining can be on the balcony with fantastic views or....

there is now a pool house bar with bbq,fridge and sink. Tables for lunch. Superb. Ideal for lazy lunches and evening get togethers,

Can be rented from 6 to 14 people.

Ideal wedding location up to 60 guests.

The swimming pool is large enough for all and is lockable and private. The dining experience on the large balcony has wonderful views and it's own bbq

There is a boules piste and along with the great dining area overlooking the pool ,Villa Kenchico encourages people to relax and enjoy the facilities.

The villa is situated in private grounds between the towns of Javea and Denia.

The villa is ideal for groups or families and is set over two floors and has 2/3 dining areas, 2 fitted kitchens, 2 tower rooms with satellite TV, and a large lounge area.

The balcony which can seat up to 16 is the focal area for BBQs and evening dining with great views.

Outside there is the pool, approx 11m x 5m, which has astounding views to the Montgo mountain, and the sea across the town of Denia. Pool loungers are available for 12 as well as pool furniture to enjoy lunch al fresco.

The pool area is large and private , ideal for families.

There are 4 bathrooms with showers and wc etc. One en suite

The bedrooms have 4 doubles , one twin and one triple. Extra single available to add if needed.

The views from the balcony are panoramic and look directly over the pool which has lighting.

The pool is cleaned regularily and has steps leading into the shallow end. Dinner is often taken on the upper balcony which has a gas fired BBQ and ample seating. Ideal for relaxing in the shade, or watching the night lights in the evening.

The gardens are mature with many palm trees.

Jacaranda, almond trees, cacti,and bougainvillea are amongst the many plants that can be found in the extensive terraced garden.

Getting around

Local village with shops restaurants is Gata. Old Town Javea is for historic centre with plenty of shops markets and Tapas bars The Port of Javea has shops promenade and restaurants as well as fresh fish. Javea the Arenal is the beachfront, sandy bay with bars restaurants great views and nightlife. All will need a car or taxi......not unreasonable, but usually leave cars and pick up next day in one spare etc

Interaction with guest

I will send a complete Welcome pack with restaurant recommendations and directions to Javea beach, port and old town. Peter on site will hand over the key unless you make arrangements for a late arrival.....

Response from the owner To readers..... This was indeed a client and whilst there are some valid points which I take on board there are others I need to comment on. The positives are certainly the views , the 4 NEW bathrooms, poolbar with kitchen and 3 new fridges as well as 5 brand new beds. Its great progress and the price has been maintained for the above group at £150 per person per WEEK. I must also point out that this client visited AND inspected the villa earlier in the year so I am surprised at their comments on no aircon or their general views , as they were happy to proceed ....... Nevertheless, this year has been extremely hot and I agree that with these temperatures the fans do struggle a bit. As with the last two years on bathrooms , pool etc there is a winter project and this year it will be aircon finally !! but will push up the price slightly from £150 per week per adult. The other result of the very hot weather is that the pool is used very often and in this case I do recognise that the excess sun cream caused the pool to be cloudy after the previous guests. The pool guys who visit 3 times a week in summer did a great job to get this back to clear in 24 hours but unfortunately due to chemicals and health and safety we had to ask the clients not to go in. I do understand the frustration here. The aircon I have addressed above and the clients knew there was none after a visit to approve renting the villa. I do agree it would have been very hot and will be resolved for next season. All 3 available fridges are less than 2 years old so I am surprised and understand the problem with the lights going out. This will be rectified as well as the lower tray in the dishwasher which I was unaware of. As far as the water going off then Peter did find the problem quickly and has told me it was easy to fix. As mentioned above , Peter is very helpful and addresses all problems efficiently and quickly. Finally Peter did paint the whole of the outside and some inside last Winter and with the new bathrooms, pool bar , new beds , normally efficient and great pool , we all think it looks and feels great now......but I can understand that in this years heat it may have not been to your liking on the second visit......Hopefully potential ,and future guests will take the above comments in context as I can assure all its a great family place to stay........and reasonably priced.

“Home from Home”

Went with 13 members of my family on holiday so needed a villa which gave a lot of room. Villa Kenchico didn't disappoint. The villa was very spacious and very well equipped. The accommodation was spread out over two floors which gave the younger family members their own space and Independence.The pool and pool area was very large and plenty of room for all us as to swim and lay out. Lots to do and see around the area would highly recommend this villa and this location. The views from the balcony are breath taking
