Description

In a picturesque corner of the globe, between the majestic headlands St. Antonio (San Antonio) and La Nao (La Nao), refers to the bright and beautiful jewel of the Costa Blanca in Spain, it is the oldest of the Iberian city - Javea.

The spacious three-storey villa "VISTA JAVEA" is located in the Tosalet in Javea urbanization. It offers free Wi-Fi, a private outdoor swimming pool and 2 terraces with sun loungers and a barbecue area.

The villa consists of a bright living room with fireplace, sofas and satellite TV and DVD-player, and a separate dining area with views of the mountains and the sea

The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine, cooker, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On holiday villa has a sauna.

The surrounding area offers horseback riding and biking and just walking. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the Natural Park Pinosol. The distance from the Montgó Nature Reserve is 3 km away. Prior to the Arenal beach you can go down on foot in 25 minutes .. The villa has parking for 4 cars.

The behavior of guests includes:

- Comfortable accommodation for yourself and others, just like at home.

- Respect for the property and garden plants.

- Smoking in the entire territory of the Villa is strictly prohibited!

- Accommodation of small breeds (up to 6 kg) are allowed. But it is an additional fee may be imposed.

-ATTENTION! Rentals are not available for groups of young people and for parties.

Full payment must be paid at the time of arrival. After booking we will contact you directly to meet you at the address (or the airport) for handing over the keys and instructions.

Upon arrival a security deposit in case of unforeseen situations in the amount of 500 euros. The deposit will be returned after check-out, after inspection of the house for damage.

Extras finish cleaning the house of € 250.

An extra bed for adults and children under the age of 12 years can rent a surcharge of EUR 45 per day. Children up to 12 years for 10 euros per day.

       Use of the sauna is charged separately at 150 euros for each use.

For an additional cost possible services for laundry, ironing clothes and things. Bed linen, towels and bathrobes are provided free of charge during the first week. In the future, bed linen, towels and bathrobes are paid in addition to 8 euros per set.

The cost of accommodation includes:

- VAT 10%

- Slippers, toiletries

- Welcome bottle of Spanish sparkling wine (cava) and fruits

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately during your stay.

Please note that full payment must be paid in advance.
