Large and luxury villa with pool and air-conditioning in Javea.
The Villa is set in 1200sq. mt. plot in a quiet part of Jávea called Capsades, about 3 km from Arenal Beach and nearest shops and supermarkets. The road leading to the villa is a dead end and is the last house on this road, therefore there is very little traffic.
The property is nicely furnished throughout and offers a comfortable and relaxing stay. Decorated to the highest standard it has all the mod cons you may require. There is a beautiful garden and pool as well as the BBQ area - perfect for an al fresco dining.

5 bedrooms (4 en suite), 6 bathrooms, 2 lounges.
Breakfasting kitchen with cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, etc., breakfast table and 6 chairs.
Large balcony with lovely views and tables, chairs and loungers.
Naya dressed with Tosca Stone arches with dining table and 8 chairs, bar with fridge and 3 bar stools. Fully air conditioned and C.H.
Log burning fire in Tosca stone fireplace, there is also under floor heating in ground floor. Satellite T.V. with 43" LCD screen and DVD player; 40" Smart, H.D. TV with DVD; CD player.

Large secluded mature gardens with olive, orange and lemon trees and hibiscus and other flowers.
Outside the property is a lovely and large sun terrace with floodlighting, 8x4 metre pool with underwater lights and spring board set in a mature garden (1200sq, mt. plot) with shade under large palm trees, BBQ
There is a store room with extra loungers. The terrace has loungers, outdoor furniture, parasols etc. as does the large balcony. Most of the doors and windows are equipped with electric security shutters.

For guests entertainment we have provided 4 sets of Golf Clubs, tennis racquets and balls, books, cards and games as well as beach bowls.
