Description
The Sea Shanty is a four bedroom luxury villa set in a richly green tropical environment. Every aspect of the villa has been designed with your family's entertainment, relaxation and safety in mind. The delightful live-in staff are always there to ensure your holiday is enjoyable and relaxing. The Sea Shanty is located in Jimbaran only 100 metres from one of Bali's best beaches. Jimbaran is a relaxed yet vibrant village featuring colourful local flavour and spectacular sunsets on a family-friendly beach. Right on The Sea Shanty's doorstep is a variety of shopping, dining and activities for all budgets and tastes. Jimbaran is only 15 minutes from the airport and yet a world away from the pace and traffic that has long been the norm in other popular tourist areas of Bali. The villa sleeps a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children on 2 levels with a separate TV / Media room upstairs. The space is perfect for 2 or 3 families. We look forward to welcoming you to our home away from home.

Response from the owner Thanks for your review! We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay. Its a shame you didn't get to experience Linas cooking because she is a fabulous cook. You will have to come back again! Re the school noise, yes, we chose the location to build on knowing we were next door to a school, and decided it was better to have kids noise than traffic and nightlife noise - the lesser of two evils. And since the noise is only short lived, we decided we could live with it. But I will follow up with the staff on the 7am start - I thought it didn't start until 8am, which I have always liked so I can do Yoga from 7am before it starts. Will check that out so we can warn other guests if that is the case. Re the mosquitoes, yes, that is always a problem in Bali. Fortunately we are not near any water catchment areas, so Dengue is not a problem. However we still fog and spray every week. But thanks for the feedback. We keep doing everything we can to eliminate the critters. Come back and stay again! Cheers Rachael - Owner
