UBICAZIONE DELLA VILLA
A 70 metri dal mare Tirreno, in Joppolo vicino a Coccorino; a 5 chilometri da Capo Vaticano e a soli 20 chilometri da Tropea, in Calabria, trovasi una comoda villa illuminata da tramonti meravigliosi, un'ideale "casa vacanza" in area poco distante dal paese, sommersa nel verde per godersi delle stupende ferie.
Dalla villa si gode lo stupendo panorama della costa siciliana e delle Isole Eolie, compreso il vulcano Stromboli.
Un paradiso di pace naturale per escursioni, pesca, sport subacquei e windsurf in un ambiente immerso nella natura incontaminata ed un mare con acque cristalline.
La spiaggia antistante alla villa è in sassi, a pochi km si trovano le rinomate spiagge di Capo Vaticano.
Descrizione villa
La villa comprende due stanze da letto, un locale cottura con ampio soggiorno di circa 70 mq.
Altri 70 mq. sono adibiti a terrazzo in parte ombreggiato.
Il giardino di 500 mq. è ben curato, vi sono palme e altre piccole piante di vario genere.
Dotata di una doccia esterna, un posto auto coperto, forno a legna e barbecue con attiguo tavolo esterno. La casa è anche dotata di autoclave per i casi di necessità.
Vi è anche un orto di circa 300 mq. nel quale i clienti si possono dedicare alla pratica agricola.
Un'adeguata recinzione ed un'ottima illuminazione esterna completano in modo armonico il tutto, per godersi giorni di vacanze tranquille lontane dal caos, in assoluto relax.

I soggiorni si intendono da sabato a sabato, la villa sarà consegnata alle ore 17:00 del giorno di arrivo e dovrà essere rilasciata entro le ore 10:00 del giorno di partenza.

- La prenotazione sarà confermata con l'invio del 30% di acconto sull'importo totale,tramite Vaglia Postale, Bonifico Bancario o Postepay.
