Description

The villa has a panoramic view on the Messinian bay and is only 150 m walk from a long pebble beach with crystal clear water.
The villa, which is in the middle of a 1,500 sq.m. garden full of flowers and trees, has a living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 loft, 2 bathrooms and verandas, all with sea view.

It has well-functioning airconditioning (in the bedrooms) .

5 min. drive to the city of Kalamata. Ideal for summer vacation.

“Lovely seaside villa in Kalamata, Greece”

Panos, the owner met us close by to take us to the villa. A lovely, clean villa, well kept inside and outside. Very accomodating to any needs that came up. A beautiful outdoor garden area, with a fabulously large marble table to eat outside and enjoy the seaview. A small store opposite the driveway which was very handy to pick up a few little things as needed. A lovely property to come home to after being out and about and exploring during the day. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get away from the toursity areas in Greece, and enjoy and relax by the sea.

“Lovely View of the Med via Fig Tree and Jasmine”

We had a lovely week, especially sitting at the marble table under the pine and fig trees, looking out at the Sea. Your garden is beautiful. The hammock is wonderful! I only wish we were here when the figs were ready to pick! Your neighbors at the grocery store were quite nice and allowed us to park the behemoth of a van down at the end of their parking stretch -- it was simply too large to easily get in/out of your driveway.
