Description

Luxurious and elegant villa of 180square meters, with private pool and surrounding garden. It is one of the two villas, built next to each other, so that they can both enjoy the same breathtaking sea view, while at the same time each house maintains its privacy. The house is built in a contemporary architectural style, that combine the traditional stone house of Skiathos with the modern villa. They are comfortable, sunny and spacious with stone walls and wooden beams on the ceilings. They are surrounded by olive trees colorful plants and a wonderful private 40sq.m swimming pool each.

The houses are located in the area of Kalyvia, only 2.5 km away from Skiathos town, 1 km away from Lehouni beach, 1.5 km away from Evaggelistrias Monastery and only 15km away from Koukounaries beach.

The view from all corners of the villas is uninterrupted no matter if you are inside or outside, as the houses are built with the concept of having constant eye contact with the azure water.

The interior design of Olivia’s Luxury Villas is very sophisticated with walls and furniture painted in pale colors that harmoniously blend with the relaxing environment, offering our guests an enjoyable atmosphere. Several cozy sitting areas with amazing sea views directly above Mega Gialos beach will delight you in a unique Skiathos atmosphere, while offer moments of independence.

“Lovely villa just a bit disappointing”

We arrived at this lovely villa but due to a storm we had no internet. A bit remote you do really need to hire a car, and the food pack was lacking so a trip to the supermarket was necessary immediate… More

Response from the owner Dear Julia, Thank you for taking the time to post this review. However, i would like to point out to you a few points: 1. The distance: you already knew that the location of the villa is 2km from town and you also knew that a car is recommended, there is a map provided on all websites. You intented to rent a car (you told me several times) but you never did, so i do not understand the purpose of your comment. I drove you myself to and from the airport as well as to the supermarket once. But of course incould not drive you everywhere . 2. Wi fi: this was not my fault as the telecom operator delayed in restoring it after the storm, as the destruction was large (you visited the store yourself and you were informed direclty from the telecom operator). 3. You also knew that the villa is a self catered accomodation and i never promised that there will be food or any other supplies provided. You could take the shopping list servive we provide but maybe you did not want to pay the extra cost?? 4. The tv: your poor use of the tv resulted in the malfuction of it as well as the satellite boxes. I am sure you remember that i called the technician to unblock it at a cost i never asked for from you 5. Lastly, the villas provide wi fi but not a phone!! It says so in the ad. All clients use their private cell phones but there were no roaming charges anyway. I strongly advise you to read the ads more carefully and when you communicate with the owners to be more specific in your requests to save yourself from future disappointments. Roula Koutsoureli
