La Vita Villa #1 is a well equipped, modern holiday home, offering plenty of comforts which will ensure your stays enjoyable.

The villa is perfectly located in Pernera, walking distance to popular beaches, local bars, restaurants & shops. Pernera offers great local amenities & attractions ideal for family holidays.

Outside offers covered/covered seating area under a generously sized pergola, private swimming pool, swinging chair, shower, BBQ & off-road parking.

Inside offers plenty of space throughout. The living room comes equipped with comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV and satellite box with access to many international channels, DVD player & WIFI. The dinning room can seat up to 8 persons. The Kitchen is well equipped & hosts it's very own breakfast bar, Guest WC / shower room is adjacent to the kitchen.

Upstairs offers 3 double bedrooms. The first bedroom has a large double bed, black out blinds, air-conditioning, bedside tables / with lamps & ample wardrobe space. The second bedroom has a large double bed, black out blinds, air-conditioning, bedside tables / with lamps, ample wardrobe space, chest of draws & access to the sun terrace. Both guest bedrooms have use of the family bathroom. Lastly the master bedroom has a large double bed, black out blinds, air-conditioning, bedside tables, access to the sun terrace & En-Suite shower room.
