Ideal for family occasions or for 2 families who want to go on holiday together.The villa is situated on the outskirts of the quiet and traditional village of Karavados,which has local tavernas and a mini market.However, the busy town of Argostoli and the resort of Lassi are 15min drive away. The long beach of Lourdas with the ever changing turquoise blue clear water and its fine silver sand is only 4km away, while it will only take you 5 min to drive up the hill to the Venetian fortress of St.George.The property has been awarded with a 2014 Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor and has also been issued with an EOT Licence (Greek National Tourist Organization).

Villa Ianthe has been designed on two levels.
The ground floor (73 m2) consists of two bedrooms (a twin and a double), a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a spacious dining and living room with wide doors that lead out onto the terrace and the private garden.
The inner staircase leads to the upper floor (60 m2) where one will find a master bedroom with a very spacious private veranda with splendid sea and mountain views. The second twin double bedroom also leads out on a large rectangular veranda. There is also an independent, fully equipped kitchen and a big bathroom.
All bedrooms and lounges have unhindered views across the countryside and onto the Ionian Sea or the fascinating Mount Ainos.
