Description

Independent, private villa built in a 1,000 sq.m. fenced plot with 100% privacy. Situated in Kariotes - Lygia village only 3,5 klm from city of Lefkada and 450 meters from the beach. Within 250 metres you have a Mini a mini market ,a bakery, a pizza-restaurant , and a cafe.

Super market, cafeterias, taverns and a petrol station are very close.

Village Villa is fully air-conditioned, with private pool, 3 bedrooms (one with private bath)all equipped with TVs, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large B.B.Q. Wi-fi is free

The sitting room is stone built with comfortable couches, with LCD TV - Dvd player and fireplace.

All bedrooms have king-size beds and queen-size beds and balconies with view to the garden, the pool and the mountain.

Visitors can relax at the veranda or by the pool and forget about routine life.
