Description

Our luxury, ground floor villa, is situated in Kastel Gomilica in quiet and peaceful area, yet only 10 minutes drive from town of Split and 15 minutes drive from Trogir. Villa Sunny Garden has easy access to all amenities, including the local market, marina and many excellent restaurants for eating out. Beaches with numerous entertainment facilities are only 600 m away from Villa Sunny Garden as well as long promenade by the sea, which connects seven castles.

Luxury Villa Sunny Garden consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and possibility of another 2 beds, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, a kitchen with a dining room, a living room, spacious terraces with tables and chairs and large private garden with heated swimming-pool.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Rino (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
