4 Carob Villas is situated approximately 28 Km west of Girne/Kyrenia and 1Km from Kayalar Village. It is equipped with modern facilities and is perfect for an away-from-it-all relaxing holiday. It is situated in a very quiet and beautiful location just off the Kayalar road occupying an elevated position taking in the beautiful panoramic view of the sea and Bespamark Mountain Range.

It is the perfect setting for for a quiet relaxing holiday in a hot & sunny location with its own (10m x 5m, overflow) pool and access to a small sandy cove just 5 minutes away. Northern Cyprus is natural and unspoilt with a wealth of history going back some 6000 years.

The villa and area it is located is perfect for retirees, couples and families wanting a very quiet location. The villa location is not suitable WITHOUT car hire.

CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT - Resources in Northern Cyprus are quite precious so we ask that you ARE NOT WASTEFUL when using Water & Electricity.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

SAFETY - Because of the size and depth of the pool together with its elevated position on its own terrace reached by steps, we recommend that small children be closely supervised.

CHARGES - Electricity charges have increased dramatically and surcharges may be applied.

THE VILLA IS FULLY SHUTTERED WITH HIGH VAULTED CEILINGS
The height of the ceilings in the villa extend right up into the roof space and all the windows (except the north facing lounge window) are shuttered, which means that with the shutters half closed and the windows open it keeps fresh and airy (even when it is hot), without the necessity to use the air conditioning and close the doors and windows. This makes it much more comfortable and relaxing when you spend days at the villa and make use of the pool.

There are Roman blinds on the lounge, patio doors and kitchen windows. Roman blinds are also fitted to the dining terrace and rear ancillary room doors.

Remote controlled, electronically operated shutters are fitted to the patio doors and there are mosquito/fly screens fitted throughout.

ANCILLARY ROOM
At the rear there is an ancillary room where there is a washing machine and storage cupboards for ancillary supplies.

DRINKING WATER
Drinking water is supplied from a water cooler. Replacement bottles cost about £1.50 for a 19litre bottle.

HOT WATER
Water is heated via solar panels and there is an immersion heater to supplement when required.

BBQ
There is a stone BBQ on the dining terrace. Coals go in the tray and grill plates can be found in the kitchen. This is the perfect spot for watching the nightly golden sunsets.

FULL CENTRAL HEATING
For the winter months full gas central heating is installed. The boiler is located in its own boiler room totally separate from the villa.

SECURITY
A safe is supplied for passports & money to be secure in the villa.

The pool is an overflow pool and measures 10 x 5 metres on its own elevated terrace. The depth of the pool varies from 1 metre to 2 metres and there are roman style steps leading to the shallow end. Sunbeds & parasols are supplied and there are small side tables available.

There are outside lights in the garden and also lights in the pool.

The garden has been planted with citrus trees and several varieties of flowering shrubs, many of them fragrant.

“Stunning Villa in a beautiful, peaceful location.”

An extremely beautiful villa, so very well equipped and maintained and situated in the most idyllic location... had a fantastic family holiday here... from releasing turtles and walks on beautiful beaches to the most spectacular sunsets and sumptuous food, we honestly could not have asked for more. Owners are particularly helpful and absolutely made our stay even more special, arranged all our transfers from South Cyprus, breakfast food on arrival, recommendations for every type of attraction and restaurant and even arranged with local friends for us to partake in releasing turtles! Nothing was too much trouble and the information provided was absolutely excellent, allowing us to start our holiday from day one, without needing much orientation at all. Fully recommend this idyllic villa... can not wait to return!!

“An impeccable oasis”

We never stayed in such a perfectly equipped and maintained house! Everything was vell installed and planned, the owner is a very friendly and cooperative man and we were very well informed before about the facilities of the house and how to make the best of our stay. We got not only recommendations about the best use of the villa but also for tours in North Cyprus and restaurants. The house reflects the responsible attitude of the owner, we missed nothing even not in the kitchen which often is a weak point in rented houses. The villa has a lot of terraces with different views. From the front terrace you overlook the sea, there is a back terrace with hillview and of course the pool area which is gorgeous! The pool is the centrepiece of the villa, it is well hidden from outside views and is a secluded world of its own. It could serve for long pleasant hours but only in Spring and after the hot season. We were there in the middle of a hot summer and were restricted to the morning and evening hours. The villa is located in a very clean surrounding of similar houses of the same origin, it is an oasis on the hill overlooking the coastal area and the sea. If you like to visit North Cyprus which is far from being a "gentrified" tourist region and at the same time want to rely on a perfect place of recovery then this villa is unmatchable!
