Description
The villa is located in a picturesque estate in Evia, just 1 Hour from Athens International Airport. While many beaches of the Aegean, archaeological sites and mountain trails are located nearby, sunbathing by the pool is a must! The villa is built within a 5,5 acre land surrounded by olive trees and colorful garden. The estate features a tennis court fully equipped for day and night, which may be transformed to accommodate a Basketball or mini-soccer match. A separate spacious covered BBQ area with fully equipped kitchenette with washing machine will satisfy the guests' outdoor grilling adventures.
The villa features four bedrooms in two floors ready to accommodate up to 8 guests. All bedrooms are air conditioned, while the spacious living room is equipped with ceiling fan and strategically located windows allowing the constant free flow of fresh air for proper ventilation and cooling of the area. One of the bedrooms is Master with private bathroom featuring a two person Jacuzzi bathtub.
We offer free of charge weekly cleaning, linens and tower service for all long term bookings.
