Nestled in the friendly village of Kirkhampton, Church View is the perfect sanctuary for a family holiday to Cornwall. This three bedroom cottage sleeps up to 6 people, with a double room. a twin bedroom and another with bunk beds allowing privacy for the whole family.
The large family room boasts a cosy woodburning stove with a traditional Cornish slate floor for cooler nights, alongside comfy sofas, armchairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.
Dine-in style at the large farmhouse dining table in the fully equipped kitchen.
There is plenty of space with a front porch for storage, an additional small sitting room and two washrooms, each with shower facilities.
Please note: Duvets and pillows supplied. Please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.
The village offers two village stores, a co-operative food store, post office, various food establishments, a butcher, two pubs and other small shops. Two miles from the beautiful beach of Sandymouth. The Ideal location to explore North Devon, Dartmoor and Cornwall.

“Church View Cottage”
We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay at Church View. The cottage is very comfortable and in a great location. A 10 min drive to the wonderful Sandymouth Beach. Many other beaches close by including the lovely town of Bude. We found the cottage cosy and comfortable for our family. The bunk beds were loved by my 9 year old and my eldest slept in the twin room. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed even weighing scales! This cottage offers excellent value for money. There is a garden but not directly attached to the house. We did not use it much as we're mostly out but it was great to have a space to hang washing. The lawn was looked after well. The butcher next door has great local meats and the spar shop also stocked local food. There is also a coop. We had a wonderful time. The only downside, there were only a few DVDs and not many books... So do take your own if that is what you fancy!

“Kilkampton Retreat”
Ideally situated approximately 4 miles outside Bude this spacious quaint accommodation is an ideal base for exploring Cornwall. In walking distance of 2 pubs, local supermarket and a family butcher's next door. The cosy lounge with the log burner was great to get back to after a day's travelling around the beautiful cornish coastline. I would highly recommend a stay here and it was good value for money.
