Fully refurbished cottage in the heart of Village of Kilkhampton, with internet access, lounge with a wood burner, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, family bathroom with over bath shower and heated towel rail, 3 bedrooms( 1 king size , a twin bedded and room with a double and a single above in a bunk bed style) , separate WC, central heating throughout the property for those chilly winter months. We have an outside dining area with BBQ and garden area, all electricity costs included no meter to feed! This property enjoys off road parking behind the cottage. The village offers 2 village stores, a co op food store, post office, various food establishments, a butchers, 2 pubs and other small shops. 2 miles from the beautiful beach of Sandymouth. Ideal location to explore North Devon, Dartmoor and Cornwall

“Lovley large cottage”

Just come back from here a two family group 4 adults and 3 children. Although we where a large group we found that there was plenty of space. A well equiped kitchen even a ps4. The owner was attentive and did whatever to make sure that our stay was as good as could be. The local village consists of two great pud restaurants and we are in both, fantastic food in both There is also a co-op, spa,local chippy , Chinese and pizza place. It's ideally located to visit the.best of what Devon has to offer. The only problem we had was the Wi-Fi wasn't working but I guess that was out of the owners control.

Spent a fantastic week at cosy cottage. A lovely place to stay. Can take full advantage of the new inn for meals and drinks. Ideally placed for surfing, archery and wakeboarding.
