Description

Lovely apartment built into a bank up high over looking the River Dart with its own terrace. It comprises of an open plan lounge /kitchen with one good double room with en-suite and a separate small twin room for the children.. The twin room shares the en-suite so it is only suitable for families with two small children under 7year old. There are lovely walks to Kingswear and Dartmouth as well as Galmpton and with the small ferry at Greenway you can get to the picturesque village of Dittisham.

“Greenway Barn annex”

A beautiful location with great views over the river Dart. Cottage was warm and comfortable and had everything we needed. Our only problem was the double bed which was very soft and saggy.

Response from the owner Dear Charlotte, I am very sorry that you found some problems, I would like to remind you that when you bought the smell problem to our attention you agreed that there was no damp or mould in the Annex, (there is no damp problem or mould ) when I spoke to your husband after I had gone back in during your stay he told me you were over sensitive because you were heavily pregnant as i found no odour at all. The day you complained was after a series of very very hot and humid days . We cleaned your bathroom twice during your stay and replaced the wet towels we found on the floor. We have had no problems with any other guests during the summer best wishes Charlie and Elena
