ABOUT THE OTHER SIDE VILLAS

WHERE NATURE AND SOLITUDE ARE WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT

The Other Side Villas are located near the very southern tip of Thailand's Koh Lanta. Situated in a lush tropical rainforest and directly on the Andaman Sea, the Other Side Villas offer one of the most peaceful and natural experiences in southern Thailand.

The name, "Other Side", comes from the fact that our villas are located on the "sunrise" side of Koh Lanta. Most of the touristic facilities are on the "sunset" side of the island and the sunrise side has only recently been discovered. For locals, the sunrise side of the island is often referred to as the "other side". For us, it's the best side!

Colugo is our master suite. Truly a work of art, Colugo provides spacious luxury with one king-size bed or two twin beds. (an extra twin bed and Toddler's bed are available) A pull-down futon is also available and can sleep one adult or two children comfortably.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Som (the owner) a message.

If Som (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
