Description

The Chalet is a cosy 2 bedroom villa. Two minute walk to the closest beach. Two Surfing spots 3 to 5 minutes walk away.. Ideal for families with children and couple. The villa can be booked on exclusive use basis.

2 air conditioned bedrooms with ceiling fans, attached dressing rooms and spacious, en suite bathrooms with rainfall showers. Linen provided. Each room has a safety box.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. All beds have mosquito drapes. Cots and high chairs can be provided.

Sitting/living area has satellite TV. A centrally located kitchen where guests can walk in and prepare their own meals if they wish or the chef will prepare meals of their choice.

The chalet is fully staffed. The staff are friendly, courteous and discreet

The staff are up by 6 am, they will keep a spotlessly clean property for you. The pool and garden is cleaned twice a day.

100% exclusivity guaranteed. The chalet has a lovely well maintained garden and private outdoor pool. The dining area is located by the pool.

The Chalet is across the road from our 3 luxury beach villas. If any of the South Point Villas are unoccupied, the guests at the Chalet could use the facilities of these villas at no extra cost.

We have two vehicles with drivers 24/7 for our guests to hire. Two child car seats available. Plenty of taxis (tuk tuks) available in the area. Public transport is regular. The coastal railway service passes through the city of Galle, 20 minutes away from the villa.

Interaction with guest

Once the booking is confirmed, a detailed newsletter will be sent to the guests outlining all relevant information. Guests too can respond with their special requirements including any special occasion they would want to celebrate. On arrival at the villa, the manager and staff will welcome our guests. 100% exclusivity guaranteed. The owner is contactable over the phone 24/7. The manager is on call if guests wish to arrange meals, tours, or require other services. The staff will be on duty 24/7 if required. Privacy assured. Muslim guests can request 'female only staff' to be on duty in the villa. Guests could bring their stock of liquor. A local supplier could be introduced on request.
