Petite villa à Oostduinkerke, entre Coxyde (Koksijde, à 7 km) et Nieuwpoort (2 km). Idéalement située, au grand calme, dans un grand jardin arboré, elle se trouve à proximité des dunes, magasins, ports de plaisance (3), golf (Ter Hille - 27 holes) et de la plage.
Quartier résidentiel, dans le jardin à 40 m en retrait de la rue. Parking privé pour 2 à 3 voitures.
La maison est meublée tout confort et convient parfaitement aux familles ou pour un séjour entre amis. Salon feu de bois (insert), cuisine équipée, 3 chambres (6 couchages dont une chambre en mezzanine, protection matelas, couette, oreillers, couvertures à disposition), salle de bains, wifi, télévision satellite (chaînes françaises), lecteur CD (films à disposition), barbecue à volonté, grande table extérieure, salon extérieur.
