Description
Villa Jade's stunning main floor residence is a first class 2 bedroom apartment within our villa Jade. The apartment is set within a truly lovely stone villa only 10 metres from the sea and small beach with magnificent views over the sea and to the mountains in front. Villa Jade is in the lovely bay of Medvinjak and approx only a 15 min scenic coastal walk to the historic walled city of Korcula town.
The apartment is a beautifully finished modern space with marble floors throughout. The main living area is a lovely space, beautifully finished with open plan living and kitchen area that are blended into one with lovely views to the sea. From the living area there are large sliding glass doors leading out to the stone terrace. The master bedroom also has amazing views out over the sea and mountains directly to the front of the villa, there are large glass sliding doors again leading out to the stone terrace. The living/dining area has seating for up to 6 people. The apartment has a beautiful modern fully fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces, Large American fridge freezer, dishwasher etc. Bathroom 1 is a luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi bath/shower, toilet and sink with lit dressing mirror. Bathroom 2 is a full wet room with powerful drencher shower, toilet & hand basin with shaving mirror. The apt has SAT T.V, DVD, video & CD players. The apartment has full A/C & central heating throughout. The whole apartment has dimmer switch lighting for a lovely ambiance effect in the evenings.
The main floor apt has a beautiful stone terrace 12m X 2.8m shared between the living room & master bedroom. The terrace is equipped with table & chairs for 6 + 2 sun beds & drinks table. The views are truly amazing directly to the sea & mountains. Parking is available for two cars.

“lovely apartment in peaceful setting, but near Korcula Town”
We stayed in the main floor apartment of Villa Jade and had a lovely relaxing week. It is very comfortable and very well equipped and we loved sitting on the balcony looking out over the bay and watching all kinds of boats sail past. Zeljka is very helpful and keeps the apartments spotless. The walk into Korcula town is only about 20 minutes and the town is beautiful with plenty restaurants.
