Description

The apartment is located in the quiet and picturesque area of Kosharitza just 5 kilometres northwest of Sunny Beach. Directly outside the apartment you can catch a bus which runs several times an hour for the short journey directly into Sunny Beach. The stunning views makes this a quiet and restful spot and yet you are only a few minutes by bus or car from the main coastal resort of Sunny Beach with over 5 miles of fine golden sand and blue flag awarded crystal clear waters. The complex is also located within 15 minutes drive of the beautiful and historically fascinating UNESCO world heritage site of Nessebar.
On the complex there is a swimming pool, children's pool and children's play area and bar bistro which is open late serving hot and cold drinks, snacks and main meals. The bar bistro also has a selection of grocery items available for you to purchase. There are good quality bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the complex some of which hold traditional Bulgarian nights weekly and will entertain with traditional bulgarian singing and dancing and even a 'walking on hot coals' ceremony.

This first floor apartment has a fitted kitchen which includes hob, oven, grill, kettle, fridge, plenty of storage, worktops and accessories such as plates and cutlery etc.
The bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side tables. The bedroom also benefits from far reaching views of the countryside.
The lounge area has a double sofa bed, nest of tables, television with cable T.V and french doors lead out to a balcony with seating that overlooks the pool area.
The apartment benefits from air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and internet access, tiles or laminate flooring throughout.

The complex has wooden sun loungers around the pool area for use free of charge, car parking should you wish to hire a car. The gardens have fantastic views of the countryside. The complex also has 24 hour security with gated access to the complex.
