My place is located in beatiful Stoliv - Kotor Bay.
The house has an excellent location in a quiet area and only 5 m from the sea with a private pier/jetty with sunbeds 90m2.
The penthouse (entire floor) is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).
Approx 100 m2 living space.
100 m2 terrace.
New Pool/spa area 80m2
Ecological environment, in the gardens and surroundings of the house you will find Fig trees, Kiwi, Grapes, Bouganville tree and Palmtrees.
Free Wifi and Cable TV are included.

The private terrace is the jewel of this house with approx 100m2 open space.
You will find 2 great relaxing cabanas on the terrace and the feeling that you are at sea because the views around you, is just the sea.
