Villa Laska is in a fabulous location with stunning uninterrupted sea and coastal views. It's an idyllic place, surrounded by nature and completely secluded. A gorgeous place to relax and laze in the sun in absolute peace and privacy, but with plenty of action only 10 mins away should you feel the need. It's perfectly suited to couples or families looking for a fantastic getaway, but who would also like easy access to all the facilities, entertainment and nightlife available at the beach or in the city. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: The villa is fully managed by an ex pat English couple who live a minutes walk away. They will prepare the villa for you, meet you on arrival, give you the keys and show you everything. A complimentary bottle of Bulgarian wine is provided to welcome you
AIRPORT TRANSFER is available on arrival which is free of charge if you are staying for 7 days or more. (Not applicable if you have booked using a special offer)
HOUSEKEEPING services are available during your stay. Please arrange with the housekeeper at any time. Additional charges apply.

The villa has 3 floors and all the main rooms have the same beautiful sea views looking south east.
The ground floor is a spacious open plan air conditioned area with tiled floor and has a contemporary style kitchen plus dining and living areas which all look out over a large terrace through three French windows. The bathroom is also on the ground floor.
On the 1st floor there are two double bedrooms with stripped pine floors. On the 2nd floor there is a third double bedroom with balcony, also with stripped pine floor. All the bedrooms have double beds and two have ceiling fans and look out over the terrace to the beautiful sea view.
WiFi is available for free and it is fast and reliable

A large paved terrace runs the full length of the villa, perfect for lounging in the sun and it's a great area for dining outside enjoying the peaceful summer evenings while watching the sunset with a glass of fine Bulgarian wine. There is also a separate barbecue area at one end of the terrace shaded by an old almond tree. The secluded garden is completely private and not overlooked and it extends around the whole property, which provides the perfect play space for children of all ages.

“Tres belle villa face a la mer noire”
Maison entière, loin des quelques voisins et sans aucun vis-à-vis, avec deux terrasses permettant de profiter toute la journée de la vue imprenable et de l'ensoleillement total. Jardin clos. 3 chambres + 3 sdb, bel espace de vie et équipement très correct pour 6 personnes. Voiture indispensable pour se rendre au bourg et surtout profiter des belles plages plus au nord. La plage immédiatement en dessous de la villa est accessible par la route très passante puis une route peu fréquentée. Accueil par Suzy, anglaise résidant sur place, très réactive et efficace en plus d'etre charmante. Entire house, far from the few neighbours and without any opposite, with two terraces allowing to enjoy all day of the impregnable view and the total sunning. Fenced garden. 3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms, beautiful living space and very correct equipment for 6 people. Car essential to go to the village and especially to take advantage of the beautiful beaches further north. The beach immediately below the villa is accessible by the busy road and then by a road with little traffic. Suzy, an Englishwoman living on the spot, is very reactive and efficient as well as charming.

“True holiday feel”
We had a lovely stay at villa Laska. The view is amazing and the villa is even more pleasant than it looks on the photos (always a nice feeling, better than the other way round). The house has three bedrooms. We were four adults with four young children and it was fine as one was sleeping in a cot provided by the host. The stairs to the second floor are quite steep so it's best to keep one of the bedrooms on the first floor for the children if they are young. I would not recommend using the sofa for sleeping as it is a bit "too old" but otherwise the villa is perfect in many aspects, well equipped, very pleasant... Kranevo beaches are really worth going to. We also went for a boat ride from Golden sands which was great. The villa is a bit isolated so it's peaceful and yet not too far from places so you can be there in no time. I would definitely go there again.

Response from the owner English translation of the review: A very nice villa with stunning sea views, an ideal place to relax away from the noise. The terrace has enabled us to enjoy beautiful moonlight and enjoy the sun in the morning. The rooms are very comfortable and fully equipped kitchen. He would miss perhaps a second bathroom (we were only two people, but for six it seems necessary). The village of Kranevo offers all the amenities, and the beach, very big, has different faces: some portions are wild, others are appointed (umbrellas, daybeds and restaurants). Kranevo, it is possible to travel to visit cities and attractions nearby: buses and taxis are available, even if it is more convenient to have a car. On the spot, in case of domestic problem, Suzi is present (she lives five minutes): friendly, lively and effective, you can always count on it! The information and documents provided by the owner are also very useful, and the bottle of wine (Merlot) was delicious! A big thank-you.

Really nice spot, clean and well appointed villa overlooking the black sea - the nearby town / resort of Kranevo has everything you will need - and the water park at Golden sands was really good fun.
