Description

Located approximately 10 minutes drive south of Dubrovnik, the studio has been recently modernised and now offers extremely comfortable accommodation.

The house is near a store and a bus station where regular buses can take you to Dubrovnik or Cavtat. The accommodation is perfect for families, children and elderly alike. Beaches are only 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment.

The studio apartment is located on the upper level of the main villa with separate entrance.

This studio apartment is located on the sea front and boast stunning views to the islands of Supetar, Bobara, and the bay of Cavtat.
The open plan kitchen and dining area offer the sea views so you can enjoy the most romantic sunset while cooking your favourite meal or just sipping a cool bottle of wine.

It makes an excellent base to explore the surrounding region by car.

If Niksa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
