Villa Pine is located in a secure complex of 8 holiday homes with breathtaking views over the valley, the communal pool and the mountains.
The house is detached and in the middle of the green pine forest of Kusadasi, in the village of Sogucak. In just 10 minutes you are at the beach and 15 minutes in town.
On the Aegean you can enjoy a pleasant climate with much less humidity than on the Riviera and are surrounded by healthy and green forests that generate a lot of oxygen.
Another advantage is the central location of the villa and the short distance to various sandy beaches, shopping malls, the city center with its beautiful beach promenade and the lively nightlife.
Staying in our accommodation will help you avoid all the stress of the year. Here you will find your peace and quiet and can really relax. Enjoy with your family or friends a breathtaking view from the house and the terrace. The pine forest extends in front of the villa, behind it is the Greek island of Samos, to which day trips are also organized.
Sogucak a small and idyllic village is only 13 km away from Kusadasi city center. It is a place of rest, surrounded by nature, where friendly villagers lead a simple and beautiful life. You won't find the stress of everyday life here.
You can have a wonderful breakfast with fresh organic food in the village while enjoying this beautiful life, nature and pure air.

The Panorama Café Restaurant and the village are within walking distance, but for everything else we recommend a car, scooter, taxi or shuttle service. There is no bus stop (Dolmus).

“Beautiful home in a peaceful location. Highly recommend.”
Our family of 4 adults and 2 children holidayed in Pine Valley for 2 weeks in Aug 2019. The villa is located in a peaceful valley not far from traditional Turkish village of Sogucak, about 15 minutes drive to Kusadasi. Villa is in a small estate with a shared pool and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and was spacious, spotless clean and so well equipped, it felt like we were staying in a friends lovely home, not a holiday home. The pool area was quiet and lovely for spending time relaxing. Because of the tranquail location in the countryside, car hire is recommended for stays here however we managed just fine by instead using a local taxi company for trips to town, shopping etc. Emmanuel, the owner, was absolutely super throughout the booking process, very quick to respond to emails and had lots of helpful information. We felt totally secure throughout the booking process. Local property manager Danny was so nice and looked after us well. We had a lovely relaxing holiday in Pine Valley and would highly recommend. We hope to return again. Thank you Emmanuel and Danny!!

“Perfect holidays in a perfect place!”
The lovely house is located in the area of Kusadasi, next to beaches, forests and mountains. If you like walking, you will enjoy the beautiful places, the forests around the house. If you prefer the sun, there are a lot of beaches at about 3km from the site. The house itself is wonderful with its full equipment, the big terrace and the swimming pool. There is a lot of things to do in Kusadasi and its area : you can visit Ephese, Selçuk, House of Virgin Mary (wonderful, my favourite), spend a day in one of the 3 aquaparks, go shopping, and taste the marvellous turkish food. Turkish people are very friendly. Another good point : the perfect communication with the owner of the house, Emmanuel.
