Response from the owner Cette personne dépressive ne s'est pas plu dans le gîte et son environnement. Ce n'est pas une raison pour dénigrer tout et tout le monde. J'ai proposé des alternatives pour essayer de contenter ce monsieur qui s'est cru dans une émission bien connue de TF1. Je pense ne jamais être désagréable avec les vacanciers, voire les autres commentaires. Ce monsieur avait déjà réservé l'an dernier, avait annulé en dernière minute pour soi-disant subir une intervention, j'ai accepté de rembourser les arrhes. Il a à nouveau réserver cette année, et j'ai été très contente qu'il parte au bout d'une semaine avec remboursement de sa semaine non occupée (malgré la perte que j'ai subie) car il avait une mauvaise influence sur les autres vacanciers. Je recommande à ce monsieur de ne plus partir en vacances, et surtout, je recommande aux propriétaires de ne pas l'accepter dans leur gîte. Très dommage pour son épouse qui est charmante et qui a été très gênée de son attitude.
