Description
Foxglove Cottage ( now 3 star ) is a traditional stone cottage with its own enclosed garden.
Downstairs there is an open plan living area with sofa bed ( 120 x 190 ) coffee table, sideboard & television, chimney & wood burner, dinning table and chairs
A fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer,
electric kettle , filter coffee maker and toaster
Upstairs a light an airy double bedroom with lovely Breton bed , bedside chests of drawers, dressing table & chair, hair dryer, wardrobe space ,chest of drawers and then a bathroom with shower & WC.
Outside a private terrace with table & chairs, parasol, sun loungers & BBQ
Situated in a quiet hamlet near to the pretty village
of La Gacilly with its craft shops and world famous
outdoor photography exposition.
20 minutes from Rochefort en Terre which has just been voted the favorite village of the French people (2016).
5 minutes from the Canal de Nantes a Brest for boating or fishing and a short
drive to the beautiful Brittany coast and the Morbihan
Gulf or the magical Brocéliande Forest.

“Amazing small cottage in Brittany”
We had a great time in Amanda's cottage in the countryside, with a private patio and everything to feel at home and on holidays at the same time. Amanda is very welcoming and breakfast is just amazing, you won't believe it!
