Description
Casa Valderrama can be found nestling amongst the pine trees covering the exclusive peninsula of Punta de la Mona overlooking the village of La Herradura with its horseshoe shaped bay, this luxurious villa offers spacious accommodation, stunning views of the bay, sea and mountains, private pool plus large hot tub/spa. Sun terraces on three levels, with sun beds, sun shades etc.. Games room with pool, snooker, and darts. Full size table tennis table situated in large double garage. Beautiful location. Only 10 minutes walk to beach and village. Villa recently refurbished to a high standard. Five double bedrooms, consisting of four large double bedrooms all en suite, plus a further full sized twin bedded room (bed 5) with shower room adjacent. Three of the bedrooms have direct access to the lower sun deck. The villa has a spacious comfortable lounge and dining room, and separate fully equipped, kitchen and utility rooms. On the lower floor is a small studio kitchen containing fridge/freezer, hob, microwave and washing machine. Air conditioning to four main bedrooms and lounge and dining areas. Fibre optic Wi Fi, Tv and DVD player log fire etc.
Covered terrace has a built in outside kitchen with BBQ/Chimenea, fridge, wine rack, worktop etc. Also the lower terrace has been remodeled with decorative tiling, water feature, gas BBQ and external lighting.

Rental fee includes cost of preparing the villa, provision of fresh laundry, towels and final clean at the end of holiday. Guests is responsible for all power used during holiday above an allowance of 50 euros per week (air con etc) cost for 2024/25 0.20 cents per unit used.
No same day change overs since 2020 . Check in and out at our guests leisure.

House rules
With regards to Covid-19 we no longer have same day change overs. Our cleaning team now have a clear 24 hours in which to clean the villa through. This means our guest can have full use of the villa from day one and no rush on their last day.

“a fantastic villa with everything you need in a superb location”
it was easy to get there we flew into malaga airport and hired a 9 seater vito van (pre booked) then took the one main road that takes you directly to la herradura found the villa easily thanks to owners directions. we could quite happily have stayed at the villa all week and never left as it has everything, swimming pool and a jaccuzzi (which no one ever wanted to leave) a pool table, and superb views, we did of course explore everyday, found plenty of beach bars and restaurants and we had sun everyday (a bonus) , it was a superb break in january for our family wee recommended
