The Villa is located in La Herradura bay on the Punta de la Mona with exceptional views of the beach, village and mountains and good access to the N340 motorway.This luxury, five bedroom villa is situated in a beautiful, quiet complex of detached properties, approached by a secure, gated entrance with lovely pine woodlands.

It affords magnificent and quite exceptional sea views over the bay of La Herradura with a backdrop of the mountains beyond. Stunning sun-sets and spectacular views across the bay are just part of the charm of this villa.

The south-facing gardens are an ideal place to soak up the last of the sun at the end of the day, with a glass of wine as you relax and unwind on your holiday. La Herradura is one of the few remaining un-spoilt villages on the Costa Tropical, that can offer a truly Spanish experience in a wonderful, tranquil environment.

The town is situated on the beach road with many outside bars and restaurants offering first rate food.Bedroom 1 with double bed, en-suite and dressing room.Bedroom 2 with double bed and en-suite. Bedroom 3 with twin beds (separate bathroom).Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds.Bedroom 5 with 2 single beds.En-suite to bed 1 with shower, bidet, double basins and separate WC.En-suite to bed 2 as above but integral bath/shower. Bathroom 3 and 4 as above. Outside shower.

Bedrooms and bathrooms all tastefully furnished in a modern, contemporary style.The kitchen is stylish, modern and well equipped with the latest appliances, including dishwasher, hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker etc. Toaster. Full crockery, cutlery and glasses etc.There is a separate utility room with washing machine and drying area.

Lower garden area has outside washing line.Open-plan living room/dining room with dining table for 8 people. Plenty of comfortable soft seating. Doors to main terrace, with views of pool, bay, beach and mountains. Satellite TV. Authentic fireplace. Marble floors.Upper patio, access from up stairs bedrooms. Shaded area and sun trap area. Great views, very private. Wonderful for breakfast or evening drinks.

The private heated swimming pool is salt water and directly outside the patio doors, in the beautiful garden and is 10m x 4m in size - 1 metre deep at the shallow end 2metres at the deep end. There is a large, built-in BBQ. There is a garden table with chairs, sun loungers, foot stools and timber pergola on the upstairs balcony, together with tables and chairs upstairs. There is a lower garden as well, for very private sunbathing or sports. Both garden gates have security and intercom service to villa for added security. Security flood lights.

“A great location and not over looked.”

The pictures do not do it justice, simply stunning. A few stairs up to or down to the Villa, but ok. Rooms are big and loads of space to relax. Will use again.
