Description
The Bonair Beach House is newly renovated and rejuvenated. With beautiful flooring, new windows, fresh paint and everything glistening , this home is a real treat.
The master bedroom features a King size bed, HD TV and ocean views. There is an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo, and lots of storage.
The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a separate bathroom with a shower.
The bright, modern kitchen overlooks the living room that has a large screen HD TV, fireplace, comfy sleeper sofa and dining table for 4.
WiFi and Cable are complimentary.
There are 2 small balconies that allow the fresh ocean breezes to cool the townhouse in summer and offer constant changing views of the sea.
There is a large garage that will house any size car or truck and several beach bikes for your use. Boogie boards, beach equipment also are found in the garage.
Just steps away, is the famous Windansea Surf Beach. It is a lovely beach stroll right into town passing the seals sunning on the beaches and ending at The Cove where you can walk into town to all the shops, boutiques, art galleries and restaurants.
The Windansea area also boasts some fabulous eateries, bakeries, fitness clubs, massage, beauty shops and the local high school public pool.
The Bonair Beach House will be your holiday destination year after year.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
No Smoking is allowed inside any of our properties. You are welcome to smoke in outside areas of the home.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This home is not equipped with Forced Air or Heat. You will be provided space heaters in the winter and fans in the summer.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with La Jolla Vacation Rentals.
