This lovely 3 bedroom stand alone home is just minutes walk from the steps to Windansea Beach. Hardwood floors and spacious open living add to the comfort of the home.
There are 3 bedrooms - all are situated upstairs. The master has a king size bed with a small flat screen TV.
The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with a small patio and the second guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. The 2 guest bedrooms share a bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Enjoy the rooftop deck for some views of the ocean and cool summer breezes. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an informal dining area attached. The living room is spacious with HD TV, Wifi and bar.
Coastal Breeze is fully fenced in and the back courtyard has outside dining with a propane grill. Attached to the courtyard is the 2 car garage.
The location is great you can walk to the beach, the shops and all the fabulous restaurants at Windansea Beach.
Walk another 10 minutes and you will find yourself in downtown La Jolla where you can shop till you drop, eat at many world class restaurants or browse the art galleries and other unique stores.
La Jolla has the Atheneum for many art events, The Comedy Store on Pearl, The La Jolla Recreation Center with basket ball courts and extensive playgrounds plus The Museum of Modern Art are all within walking distance.
If you decide to adventure outside of La Jolla there is the downtown Gaslamp District, Seaworld, The San Diego Zoo and Wild life Park, Legoland, Balboa Park and lots of live theatre.
